New Releases from IWC at Watches and Wonders 2026: New Perpetual Calendar & Pilot's Venturer Vertical Drive

IWC is making a splash at Watches and Wonders 2026 with particularly impressive new releases. The manufactory from Schaffhausen is presenting, among others, the Pilot’s Venturer Vertical Drive, which is built to withstand the extreme conditions of space. The portfolio is complemented by the Perpetual Calendar ProSet with perpetual calendar, the Le Petit Prince collection, the modern Ingenieur line, and the new Big Pilot’s Watch Perpetual Calendar Ceralume® in innovative light ceramic. All models combine exceptional design with the highest technical sophistication.

Pilot's Venturer Vertical Drive: Mechanical Watch for Space

IWC Pilot’s Venturer Vertical Drive

With the Pilot’s Venturer Vertical Drive, IWC confidently announces the dawn of a new era and already impressively fulfills this promise in design. But it’s not just the design that convinces: technically, the watch is also built to meet the highest demands. It was designed to be the first mechanical watch that astronauts can even wear outside a spacecraft over their spacesuit. The ceramic case, combined with a Ceratanium bezel and a diameter of 44.3 millimeters, harmonizes perfectly with the white rubber strap to create an overall look that elegantly unites functionality and futuristic aesthetics.

Perpetual Calendar ProSet with the Perpetual Calendar

Perpetual Calendar ProSet

With the new Perpetual Calendar ProSet, IWC presents a fascinating watch that combines stylish elegance with versatile functionality. The perpetual calendar is one of the most demanding complications in watchmaking and is surprisingly user-friendly here thanks to a newly developed modular architecture. On the clearly designed dial, date, weekday, month, Moonphase, and year can be read effortlessly. The various case options in ceramic, stainless steel, and 18-carat red gold give the watch a distinct character each.

The Stylish IWC Le Petit Prince

This extraordinary watch, dedicated to the world-famous story by Antoine de Saint Exupéry, reveals its special charm especially through fine details. The author, celebrated as a writer, was also a passionate Pilot, and this connection is reflected in the design. The new collection offers versatility in case and dial choices, from noble 18-carat red gold to modern white ceramic. Particularly captivating is the deep blue dial with sunburst finish, which gives the watch impressive depth and elegance.

The Limited IWC Ingenieur Tourbillon 41

Ingenieur Tourbillon 41
The Ingenieur Tourbillon 41, limited to 100 pieces, picks up the bold, visionary design of Gérald Genta and impressively continues the development of the Ingenieur. At the center is the undisputed queen of complications, the tourbillon, which is suspended on gold-plated bridges, creating a fascinating visual effect. Overall, the Ingenieur collection has developed into one of the most exciting and attractive lines from the manufactory in Schaffhausen.

Big Pilot's Watch Perpetual Calendar Ceralume® in Luminescent Ceramic

A newly developed luminescent ceramic forms the basis for the Big Pilot’s Watch Perpetual Calendar Ceralume®. In daylight, it impresses with fine white nuances and an exciting play of matte and polished surfaces. At nightfall, its appearance changes completely, and it emits a fascinating glow in an intense, almost hypnotic blue for many hours.
