We place great importance on ensuring that your order arrives safely and reliably. Therefore, all Watches are shipped fully insured. We work with various shipping providers. Depending on the shipping location and value, we select the individually suitable solution for you.

Delivery times:

• Within Germany: Your order usually reaches you within 1 to 3 business days.
• Outside Germany: The delivery time is approximately 2 to 6 business days.

Individual delivery dates:
If you wish to have a different delivery date – for example, due to a vacation – please let us know as soon as possible. We will gladly adjust the shipping accordingly.

Pickup
If you want to pick up and pay for your Watch here in Chemnitz, we kindly ask you to make an appointment in advance. We will then prepare everything for your visit and will be happy to assist you personally.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one combined shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
