We place great importance on your order arriving safely and reliably. Therefore, all Watches are shipped fully insured. We work with various shipping service providers. Depending on the shipping location and value, we select the individually suitable solution for you.

Delivery times:

• Within Germany: Your order usually reaches you within 1 to 3 business days.
• Outside Germany: The delivery time is approximately 2 to 6 business days.

Individual delivery dates:
If you wish for a different delivery date – for example due to a vacation – please inform us as soon as possible. We will gladly adjust the shipping accordingly.

Pickup
If you want to pick up and pay for your Watch here in Chemnitz, we kindly ask you to make an appointment in advance. We will then prepare everything for your visit and are happy to assist you personally.
