Oris was founded in 1904 and is one of the last major Watches manufacturers in private hands. The company, based in Hölstein (Switzerland), today exclusively produces mechanical Watches and specializes in Watches for divers, pilots, and motorsport enthusiasts. The trademark is the red rotor visible through the glass back and the designation High Mech. Popular models are the Oris Big Crown, Aquis, Diver, and Chonoris. The Oris Artelier uses the manufacture calibers 111, 112, and 113, which are based on the caliber 110 introduced in 2014. Oris is a sponsor of the Williams Formula 1 team and has developed its own Oris Williams collection with a carbon case.
