New Releases at Watches and Wonders 2026: A. Lange & Söhne, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and Patek Philippe

At the central meeting point of the world of Haute Horlogerie, Watches and Wonders 2026, renowned manufacturers truly presented exciting models to a broad audience. The Lange 1 Tourbillon Perpetual Calendar “Lumen” and the new Saxonia Annual Calendar catch the eye just as much as the Jaeger-LeCoultre Hybris Mechanica with its technical brilliance. Patek Philippe showcases the full spectrum of watchmaking art with its models at the fair.

A. Lange & Söhne once again emphasizes its exceptional position in the world of watchmaking with the Lange 1 Tourbillon Perpetual Calendar Lumen. Equipped with the completely newly developed manufacture caliber L225.1, consisting of 685 individual parts, the manufacture sets new standards again. A tourbillon with stop-seconds, a perpetual calendar with precisely jumping displays, and a moon phase display are arranged on a semi-transparent sapphire dial that charges in daylight and remains excellently readable in the dark.

The Saxonia Annual Calendar is not a complete new development but has been specifically refined. The new manufacture caliber L207.1 with automatic winding, as well as the revised annual calendar displays and the elegant 36-millimeter case, enrich the collection and add additional sophistication.

Jaeger-LeCoultre: Hybris Mechanica and Reverso One

Jaeger-LeCoultrepresents a series of new models at Watches and Wonders that impress less through radical reinvention and more through fine refinements and thoughtful details. The Master Control Chronometre Date in stainless steel and rose gold embody classic elegance, while the Master Control Chronometre Perpetual Calendar impresses with technical sophistication.

A true highlight is the Master Hybris Inventiva Gyrotourbillon à Stratosphere. Here, a complex multi-axis tourbillon with a flying cage meets a deliberately newly interpreted dial, creating a fascinating interplay of technology and design.

The collection is complemented by new variants of the Reverso One and Reverso Tribute. Subtle but effective design elements such as stone settings, refined color worlds of the dials, and selected straps give each model its own distinctive character.

Patek Philippe: From Celestial to Nautilus

Patek Philippe presents itself this year with a remarkable range of new releases. In addition to anniversary models, the manufacture shows both classic timepieces and technically sophisticated creations. Special attention is drawn to the “The Crow and the Fox”, which immediately catches the eye with its elaborate complications and expressive design.

In contrast, models such as the references 5249R, 5322G, 5236P, or 5396R appear more restrained at first glance. However, it is precisely in this classic design that they unfold their special strength and stand for timeless elegance as well as the highest watchmaking art.

On the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the Nautilus, Patek Philippe also presents references 5810 1G, 5810G, and 5610 1P, thus making a stylish statement about the importance of this iconic collection.

TAG Heuer: Monaco Chronograph and Monaco Evergraph

Compared to other brands, TAG Heuer appears deliberately restrained at Watches and Wonders 2026 but sets targeted accents with the new models Monaco Chronograph and Monaco Evergraph. The dial of the chronograph follows the classic Bi-Compax layout with subdials at three and nine o’clock and a date window at six o’clock. The design appears characteristically clear and balanced, while the in-house caliber now offers a power reserve of 80 hours.

The Monaco Evergraph presents itself with an even stronger focus on technical performance. Powered by the new Caliber TH80 00, it impresses with precision and durability. An innovative TH Carbon spring oscillator ensures high magnetic field resistance, while a frequency of five hertz and a power reserve of 70 hours impressively underline the performance of this movement.

Vacheron Constantin: Les Cabinotiers Minute Repeater Tourbillon Skeleton

Anyone who wants to not only appreciate technical sophistication but also experience it visibly will be fascinated by the Les Cabinotiers Minute Repeater Tourbillon Skeleton from Vacheron Constantin. Hardly any timepiece appears more complex at first glance. The caliber 2755 TMR SQ and the artistically integrated tourbillon give the watch a special attraction and make it an impressive testament to the highest watchmaking art.

In contrast stands the Overseas Calibre 2550, which convinces with understated elegance and embodies stylish understatement. Also an eye-catcher is the American 1921, whose characteristic dial in the 45-degree layout immediately draws attention with its unusual orientation and has lost none of its fascination to this day.
