Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual's trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:
Cancellation Policy (Translation)
You have the right to revoke this contract without giving any reasons within two weeks. The revocation period of 14 days starts the exact day,
- on which you or a third party named by you (which is not the carrier) has or has taken possession of the goods;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods in a single order and these are delivered separately;
- where you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last partial consignment or piece, provided that you have ordered a product that is delivered in multiple consignments or pieces;

about your wish to revoke the contract. This must be done either via postal letter, fax or E-Mail. You may use the attached example of a cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
In order to ensure the cancellation period it is enough to send us a message about your wish to make use of the cancellation right before the revocation period ends.
The right does not apply to distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs (See § 312 ABS. 4, No. 1 BGB). This only applies to rings with diamonds that were made after the announcement of the special characteristics by the customer for the personal needs of the customer.
Consequences of the Cancellation:
When you revoke this contract, we are obligated to return all the received payments including shipping costs (excluding additional costs caused by choosing another type of shipping then our low priced standard shipping) without any delay and within 14 days from the exact day we received your message about the revocation of this contract. We are going to use the same type of payment you chose for the original transaction, unless there were other agreements made; there will be no fees for the refund in any case.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You have to send or give the goods back to us without any delay. Please do that within 14 days after you messaged us about the cancellation of this contract. The period of revocation will be valid, if you post the goods before the 14 days end.
It is your responsibility to pay for the expenses of the goods’ reshipment. You only have to pay for the goods’ possible loss in value if there is a proven misusage performed by you which affects the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
